Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within [30] days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they must follow the return process.
